Winter Shutdown
NEM will be closing at the end of the day on Tuesday, December 23, 2008 for our winter shutdown. We will re-open on Monday, January 5, 2009.

New Equipment and Capabilities!
SR-10J
Extraordinarily productive, the SR-10J possesses C-axis control and multifunction capabilities. Designed for small parts with its high-speed feed, full overlapping capabilities including rear slotting capabilities. Close cutting position to the guide bush provides enhanced accuracy for small parts machining.
We are pleased to announce installation of a new computer controlled, fully automatic, parts washing system. This system was custom designed and built by Miraclean Aqueous Cleaning Systems of New York specifically for NEM. This system will improve our cleaning process through greater efficiency, handling and better final cleaning of the products we manufacture for our valued customers. This is just one example of the constant assessment and improvement of our processes that goes on behind the scenes allowing us to provide the best service and precision machined components we possibly can, while maintaining competitive pricing.
